At GlowFit London, we are committed to the quality of our products and your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be:

Unused and in its original, re-sellable condition.

In the original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and parts.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please email our customer service team at support@glowfitlondon.com.

Please include your Order Number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return in your email.

Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away at support@glowfitlondon.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Condition Check: Please note that used items will not be accepted. If upon inspection the item shows signs of use, wear, or is not in its original packaging, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Processing Time: Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
